The public consultation on the documentation concerning the competitive selection procedure for awarding frequency usage rights in the 700 MHz, 1500 MHz, 2600 MHz and 3400-3800 MHz bands is extended until 16 August 2022, upon the request of the interested parties.

On 13 July 2022, ANCOM launched for public consultation the selection procedure documents consisting of the draft decision on the selection procedure for awarding frequency usage rights in the 700 MHz, 1500 MHz, 2600 MHz and 3400-3800 MHz bands, the draft decision on amending and completing the Decision of the President of the National Authority for Management and Regulation in Communications no. 551/2012 on setting the spectrum usage tariff and the Terms of Reference.

The documents of the competitive selection procedure to be held in view of awarding radio frequency usage rights in the 700 MHz, 1500 MHz, 2600 MHz and 3400-3800 MHz is available for consultation here. The interested persons are invited to send their comments and suggestions by 16.08.2022, to the ANCOM headquarters (2 Delea Noua Street, Bucharest 3), or by means of the Online Registry, or by means of the Authority’s regional divisions.
