The National Authority for Management and Regulation in Communications approved, by way of the President's Decision no.800 of November 25, 2022, the ANCOM Code of Proffessional Ethics and Behaviour. Both the Code and the complaint form are available for consultation below. The complaints may be sent to sesizari.etica AT ancom.ro.
ANCOM processes personal data in accordance with the requirements of Regulation 2016/679 /EU.
