Description

On April 26, 2007, the plaintiff S.C. Romtelecom S.A. filed a complaint against the respondent S.C. UPC Romania S.A., with the National Regulatory Authority for Communications and Information Technology, thereby requesting, on grounds of the provisions under art.5 of Government Ordinance no.34/2002, to be established the tariff for the interconnection service, for the purpose of terminating in UPC network the calls originated in the plaintiff’s network, based on the reciprocity principle.

The complaint was registered with ANRCTI under no.76/201742/26.04.2007.

For the settlement of the dispute, the plaintiff chose the contentious procedure.
