Wednesday, July 14, 2004, ANRC organised a new reunion with the industry in order to discuss the draft decision regarding the principles and preconditions of the reference offers for the unbundled acces to local loop.

 

This reunion is the last stept towards the adoption of the final form of the Decision within the Consultative Council meeting and its consecutive publication in the Official Journal of Romania. The reunuion was considered to be neccesary in order to ensure both the applicability of draft decision and the obtaining of measurable results as regards the evolution of the main indicators and of the number of broadband users.
