Tuesday, 10 October 2023, by the Parliament’s Decision no. 33/2023, published in the Romanian Official Journal no. 915 of 10 October 2023, Mr. Vlad Bontea and Mr. Pavel Popescu were appointed vice-presidents of ANCOM.

According to the provisions of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 22/2009 on the establishment of the National Authority for Management and Regulation in Communications, approved by Law no.113/2010, with the subsequent amendments and completions, the ANCOM vice-presidents are appointed for a 6-year term.
