Starting 4 January 2021, information and contracts concerning the right of access on public or private properties may be introduced into Enquiry D274 - Contracts concerning the right of access on properties.  

 

ANCOM makes available to the providers of electronic communications networks Enquiry D274 – Contracts concerning the right of access on properties, which will allow for fulfilling the obligations laid down in the Decision of the President of the National Authority for Management and Regulation in Communications no. 274/2018 on setting the format and the means for the submission by the electronic communications network providers of certain documents and information on the exercising of the right of access on properties, as well as on setting the conditions of access on these properties, respectively on amending and completing certain regulations concerning the submission of these documents and information.

 

 

 

As well, they will submit a series of information resulting from these documents, such as - for example - the information necessary for identifying the building subject to the right of access, the access price or tariff charged to the providers or the payment periods. These pieces of information must be made known in order to ensure non-discriminatory conditions of access on public or private property for all the electronic communications network providers.

 

The information and documents reported according to the ANCOM President’s Decision no.274/2018 will be submitted exclusively by electronic means, in a secured manner, by way of Enquiry D274 – Contracts concerning the right of access on properties, available at https://statistica.ancom.ro/sscpds/index.faces.
