ANCOM has elaborated the list of products which make the object of the market surveillance and control activities in 2025.

 

ANCOM, as a market surveillance authority, in accordance with the provisions of the Government Decision no. 740/2016 on the making available on the market of the radio equipment, with the subsequent amendments and completions, which transposes into Romanian legislation Directive 2014/53/EU (RED Directive), as well as of the Government Decision no. 487/2016 on electromagnetic compatibility, with the subsequent amendments and completions, transposing Directive 2014/30/EU (EMC Directive), has set up its own list of products which make the object of the market surveillance and control activities in the fields covered by the two directives.
