Raymond Breden has over 36 years of professional experience with the British Government (18 years), consultancy (9 years) and industry (9 years).

 

         

He is tax qulified in the United Kingdom, specialising in International Tax with reference to emerging markets.

As well as advising on acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures and other international transactions between Romania and the USA, the EU and Central and Eastern Europe, Raymond Breden advises British and other foreign investors on investment opportunities in Romania.

Raymond Breden is a member of the Taxation Committee of the Foreign Investors Council in Romania, and is also Chairman of the Advisory Board to the British Romanian Chamber of Commerce in Bucharest.
