Tariffs for the use of numbering resources

The annual tariff for the use of numbering resources shall be due to ANCOM by all the LUNR holders throughout the validity of the right to use the numbering resources. The following tariffs shall be due to ANCOM:

SMS/MMS short codes of the format 2tvx(y) where t=7,8 and 3tvx(y)	subdomain activated by suppliers who have the right to use short SMS/MMS codes in accordance with the ANCOM President’s Decision no. 377/2013 on the use of national internal short numbers and SMS/MMS short codes	value-added services or network-specific services	900 lei

Remarks:

1. For the year of obtaining the numbering resources, the tariff due shall be directly proportional to the number of months remaining until the end of the year, the month of obtaining the right to use the numbering resources being included.

2. For the year of cessation of the right to use the numbering resources, the tariff due shall be directly proportional to the number of months elapsed from the beginning of the year to the end, the month of termination of the right of use being included.

3. For the month in which the LUNR was issued as a result of the transfer of the right to use certain numbering resources, the tariff for the use of the respective numbering resources shall be due by the assignor. From the month following the issuance of LUNR as a result of the transfer of the right to use certain numbering resources, the tariff for the use of the respective numbering resources is due by the assignee.
